Shipped AI Medical Chronology, which does work firms staff teams of paralegals for — extracting data points from medical records past 500,000 pages — by improving every stage of the pipeline: OCR, extraction, and a queryable data layer for the chat agent, with an eval framework proving efficacy. The agent became the flagship product driving about half of company ARR, ahead of a $400M raise at a ~$3B valuation.
